Confused- shouldn't instructors at least be 3SG after going
through the course they are instructing + any other course? Esp
regulars who are promoted faster.
I believe they are just attached...and supposedly under the 3SG
commanders....but by virtue of their experience (both coporals
attached to my BMT company served in Aceh etc before), they of
course lead the training.
Heard the SAF was trying to get them to further their studies
before promoting them after SISPEC.
