Sorry for this newbie question but I can't seem to find this
info on the LTA website.
If I were to park after 10.30pm in the HDB area for just half an
hour, can I just put a 50 cent coupon or it's compulsory for me to
put a $2 night parking coupon? $2 coupon just to park half an hour
a bit bo hua leh :s
