If the SE (including my recommendation) give you less than $400
discount, please do not buy the car from him/her. Please get
another SE from [email protected] as I have complied some SEs
names.
However, most SEs do not entertain buyers with COE. Please do not
email if you want to bid your own COE, as it will affect the
bargaining power of the group.
It is an open secret that car dealers can earn at least a thousand
dollar by bidding the COE on your behalf. You are most welcome to
complain to the authority to expose the unfair practice on the
COE.
In the meantime, make friends with the showroom visitors. They
might be able to strengthen our group purchase bargaining
power.
