thats a useless idea. when you turn on aircon, your room becomes
cool. However, you are actually heating up the air outside your
room.
So to use air con for the polar caps, it is actually no difference
from buring fuel doing nothing at all. Perhaps you should
understand the mechanism of aircon before suggesting it.
