How can a bus driver have the right to detain a person
legally?
Is that not involuntary detainment, or in simpler terms
kidnapping?
Does that mean that a taxi driver can detain me and not let me down
his car if he wanted to?
I would sue that fcuking bus driver if i were the HCI boy.
What a breach of human rights!
P.s. i do not condone the actions of the HCI boy. Although, it is
worth noting that it is not a crime to punch someone.
So unless the bus driver file a civil lawsuit, which he probably
won't because he needs money for a lawyer, the boy will go scott
free. Which is good, because i like how the law seems to be biased
against the rich.
