IS 10 PUSHUPS ThAT DIFFICULT? and i strictly believe that with dedication you can do whatever the hell you like or achieve. There is no such bull as this is...

Simon Dean SG

I am take charge of the Sec 1s for St Johns.

Since they are still very small-sized and young.I do not make them do more than 20 pushups a set.And i do not pick on their pushup technique so much like i do for sec 2 and 3s.

Yet this mother complained that i forced her son to do more than 10 pushups in a set and his arms ached. She had to apply cream blah blah blah, very painful.

Her son sucks also, dont even know how to apply cream.Just squeeze the cream in a big patch and leave it there without spreading.

then u should recommend her a doctor who perform sex change.. Laughing knn.. how come boys r evolving to sissy?

mindef should consider changing the slogan "from boys to man" to "from boys to gu niang"..

shinta SG

liddat the boy can die if he join my sec sch gymnastics

to me 13 is still considered a little small. So i give the benefit of the doubt and that boy still wanna complain to his mother.Next session, i am gonna ask him to clean the store.

FireIce SG

tts why they are in SJAB and not swimming or judo

ditzy SG

You should try working in mindef. Then you'll know what are parents complaints'. Laughing

Simon Dean SG

push ups are challenging if done in a controlled and slow matter which most people dont.

Honestly, when i do pushups in very very strict form.my max is only 50.

I thought gymnastics people always do ring dips and pullups?

Simon Dean SG

Cannot like that say, even people from other cca respect me and vice versa.

mhcampboy SG

SJAB... Laughing

one of the losers cca in my school...

ditzy SG

Yesyes, now argue about which cca is better than the other. Laughing

Nowadays uniform groups are breeding guys to be girls, girls to be guys. Laughing

My NPCC batch, not even one guy pass the gun shooting, the highest rank is only a staff sergeant. On the other hand, a few girls passed and one of them promoted to be SI and is now a CI.

kristovorus SG

speechless parents this days… luckily my parents arent as protective as those people. dun allow pushup.. must treat them like darlings.. then join uniform group for what? the whole idea is to prepare the son for NS.. but i hear even ns getting slack nowofdays

Simon Dean SG

We see who is the real loser when no one tends to your injury. Very Happy

mhcampboy SG

i no say ur sch...

but my sch SJAB sucks...

lol.. i prefer red cross.. to tend me.. Mr. Green

Simon Dean SG

I am going to be aggressive in tomorrow's training and pick on that boy.

You havent seen my friend the real sadist yet.I still treat this sec 1s like little kids.

My friend does 200-300 pushups a day and expects his cadets to "accompany" him.

After that it is 2.4km and 10 sets of 12 burpees and lots of other sh!T like marching.

One sec 3 vomitted after the training like mad, another cried halfway.

Mine is talk damn nicely like i am their big brother.Slow jog of 1km only..sets of 10 pushups, 10 bodyweight squats.Eazy like hell right?

Laughing

ndmmxiaomayi SG
