ditzy SG Rubbish, they bite in the day too. If you've been to tekong, trek a bit, look behind you, I guarantee one swarm of them waiting for you to stop so they can suck you dry.
ditzy SG They hide in dark places, like under your bed, table, or those gaps other bugs hide in too. Just waiting to strike.

Keii SG actually mosquitoes die after they had their fill. they don't really hide. they grow from their larvae or whatever, start flying around looking for their first prey. suck the hell outta you, and die. but i guess. if you mean hiding places. i suggest you start looking around areas which collect water and/or have stale water. that's where they breed.
mystee SG dark corner.. like under ur bed... under the table... the gap beside ur wardrobe (if there is any)...
ditzy SG It doesn't matter how high you stay, when I was living on the 33rd floor in a city not known for mosquitoes, I still got bitten. As long they need to breed they will come. Save the spray for cockroaches better.
