its not legal as far as I know, and I really don't wanna find
out how much the DVLC would charge. 
anyways it wouldn't survive on the bumps and humps of london roads.
Thats the reason why people need to drive SUVs into London and all
kenny boy does is to keep adding more humps here n there, n making
existing ones higher. soon we'd need a tank to drive in central
london.
