4) Japan Protest to Beijing after chinese ship chased a Japanese
vessel that Tokyo said was conducting marine surveys in Japanese
zone. Followed by an incident in april when chinese helicopter
participating in military excerise near japanese water buzzed a
japanese naval vessel.
5) Chinese foreign minister Yan reacted angrily when japanese
foreign minister Katsuya asked China to commit to capping or
reducing Nuclear Arsenal... (apparently there was a shouting
match...so much so for diplomacy)
MY has shifted their position with the US and have indicated of
