hi all, i'm doing a project handphone number verification in the
sense my program must be able to check the validity of the
handphone number provided by the various telco. And here's my
question:
1. Does the telco use any handphone number assignment
algorithm?
2. Is there any programs that valid singapore handphone
numbers?
Thanks in advance i seriously need replies on this issue as i have
googled up lots of sites but none provide an answer.
