Apart from the usual bikies going in a
group in the night to enjoy the sea breeze and chit chat, usually
it's deserted... with only a small handful who fish
there.
Things to note over there:
1. The rustic ambience it had back about almost a decade ago was
gone. The railings erected. The land reclaimation also
ongoing.
2. The old fuel "Shell" station that was there long time ago
servicing small boats for refuelling purposes is also gone.
3. Most importantly, the thing that still exist is the flat
monument that was erected (very short), a square platform about
2ftx2ft, to commemorate the Jap occupation in SG decades ago, also
about the massacre:

It's under a tree heading to the jetty, unmistakenable. Lol maybe
after reading the SPI you wouldn't want to visit this place
anymore. Been there alot of times for activities and heard alot of
friends talking abt the beach being "dirty". Up to you to believe
lol.
A place i would rather recommend if you had a car is the Punggol
17th Avenue. It has a service road that links up to Marina Country
Club. You can sit in your car and gaze out towards the granite
beach.
