I go for those short work stints or work 3x a week to get a $75 total pay.

i used to work for my pocket money

during school days , spend my sat and sun working ($4/hr)

then $$ gt extra need help pay bill , buy own stationery

i didnt take pocket money since poly days except for the sch fees that has to be paid every half yearly.

worked as production operator, helped people moved house, helped out in exhibitions, deliver newspaper and many more...

those were the days Very Happy

it's good to learn to earn ur own money and know how hard it is......
for students there are plenty of jobs out there.....
the brainy ones can teach tuition......good money
or u can choose to do waitering, work part time in retail shops, events
can even do some home jobs like design, bookkeeping/simple accounting, data entry...

Used to work for 3-7 days per week, $3/hr initially, increase to $3.80/hr. Can work for 16 hours on weekends.
Work as QC before poly starts for $47/day.
Pay poly school fees, pocket money by myself. Surviving on savings now for final year poly, but I don't see how I can have enough if I don't work during the coming 1-month holiday in august but need to do FYP.

i do technical support sometimes, onli basic stuff like setting up router, sometimes help some crappy dunno wad company design some crappy poster, sometimes act as real technical assistant and sit down do some ASP or java
