Anyone who needs nukes when no one threatens them deserves to
become a pariah state but Indonesia does have a lot of enemies.
Tons of pacific crab over-running the islands, tsunamis,
earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, their fair share of corrupt
leaders, illiterate mullahs and dumb asses that actually
believe them. Nuking them is definitely useful.
Slight problem in that, they're located in Indonesia but I'm
sure the Indonesians will find a way to nuke them.
