as i was cycling down Robinson Rd, i saw this sign "Scramble
Walk". i don't have a picture of it.
it is at the junction of Robinson Rd/Boon Tat St. then, the lights
turned red. so i stopped. den i saw all the green man lights were
on.
this scramble walk thing.. can walk diagonally across the junction
ah? what do you think of such initiatives? should be implemented in
more junctions?
