Think National Library has a cap on maximum fine... My
brother-in-law borrowed a book in 1995 from Queenstown Library,
forgot to return and forgot where the book is till recently when he
brought his daughters to borrow books...
Guess what? He paid $25 for the super-long overdued book, plus loss
of the book...
