haiz, actually im the innocent party coz its my sis who wanted to cancel it, im fine with the tour.
she wants to cancel the trip, i cant do anything. i cant convince her, my fault.
we're planning to go gold coast. i feel pai say towards the agent oso, but i got no choice.
im caught in between.

funny...how come U confirm the tour so fast...last time I went to Australia with SA...they had to have 20 in order to confirm...

anyway...since the number of person is the issue...can U reschedule to another date or even a different destination...I think the agency would be more accommodating to this as compared to a total cancellation.

i dun think its nice to complain since its my fault.
the agent asks me not to call her anymore, she will call me. so i just wait for her to call me lor.
my sis says she tried to reason with the agent but cant, so she asks me to do the dirty job lor.
anywayss, thanks for all ur replies n helps.
the other dates crashes with my leave, coz i cant change my leave as n when i like, my colleagues might be unhappy.
cham, wanna go holiday oso so ma fan & problematic.

If there are only 2 or 4 pple in the group, the tour is not confirmed go yet. They need at least 10, or 15.

Anyway maybe you can ask around your friends if they wanna go with you.

Since you only paid the deposit, the worse they can do is to forfeit your deposit. I don't think they can make you pay in full. Did you buy travel insurance? If you did, you can claim it back. Wink
