devil's advocate says that most felons get guns on the black
market, and if some of these students could carry concealed, many
would might have lived.
that's the other side of the argument. it's never a straightforward
case.
but let's focus on how this PRC managed to get his guns. or for
that matter, what was his motivation. The earlier bomb hoaxes were
planned to test the security measures. This guy did not go postal,
he planned it methodically.
