Perhaps for drugs. The messages against drug abusers are very
strong.
However, if you are to talk about beer or cigarettes, then I
welcome you to Singapore. No matter how strict we are, both of
these will land in their hands.
Majority will say they have done none, but have in fact done at
least 1 of the three. Only a minority have done none.
Just come to my neighbourhood in Ang Mo Kio and loiter around, you
will be bound to find some smoking or drinking, blatantly in their
school uniforms.
We aren't what we seem, that's for sure.
