Wanda SG The first is called a diamond solitaire, the 2nd one is a wedding band which the married men wear as well. The woman can have both - wedding band to wear on a daily basis, the diamond one for special occasions. I don't wear any of them though.
honeymouse SG Diamond ring is supposed to be an engagement ring, one you buy and use to propose to your gf. This one is the traditional wedding band. In Western culture, you will see most married women wearing 2 rings on the same finger - a wedding band and the engagement ring.
TXian SG I like mixed...got white gold (though prefer platinum) and gold of another colour (maybe yellow). Diamonds dun wan too big, if not drop that time heart will break... There are many designs in the market today that allows for both man and woman to wear diamonds and look good. My bf and I both wan diamonds on our wedding band next time..
