Suspects in MY police custody get what the selangor police chief
calls "death by "asthma"". This kind of asthma is a new weapon
dubbed the "kugan" which is definitely fatal. The designated victim
will die by apparently self-inflicted breathing difficulties but
have side effects of bruises, internal bleeding and welts all
round, all apparently self-inflicted.
