Australia's Air Warfare
Destroyer, Evolved Design
The stepped design is very unique.pl share your view.
In the no.5 photo(wording--Australia's AWD),we can see VLS cells
just in front of a gun.In this config,u canNOT fire the gun when u
fire the VLS.Right?
I think the guns are the''
Very Short Range Self Defense.2 Close In Weapon
Fore and Aft''pl
see No.1 photo. If a missile is heading to u but at the same
time,u have to fire your VL?Which one shall u fire first,
VL or the gun?To hit first or to strike a selk defense
first?
Are there any reasons that oz must arrange in this way?
What are the pro and con of this config?
Is there a better design and what are the cost, time and
technology
involved for a better design,if any?
