Just now went down to Punggol Beach. The amount of rubbish at
the shoreline and floating in the waters is disgusting. And there
is a smell of oil from the water.
I remembered this beach is always well maintained with cleaners
coming religiously to clear the rubbish. Seems like they have not
been doing any cleaning for at least weeks. Wonder what the reason
could be
