Dials on watch

I have a CYMA watch with me, and I don't know what the dial means(As in, what do they stand for? GMT?) Does anyone have any idea? It looks something like the image below.
And it has 2 buttons and one Crown, what do the buttons do?

* I know the top right is for seconds though

It's a chronograph? So you can do split timings? Laughing

You start the stopwatch function, start timing, and press split for the split timings you want? Laughing

i thought those dials are for GMT and such and the buttons was for changing the dials Laughing
