no. if im driving at 90, i'll try to stay in the middle lane so
people can overtake on the right. but if someone is overtaking on
the right and someone else faster is driving in the right lane, i
do believe the onus is on the one behind to slow down, and when the
guy in front can safely return to the middle lane, then pass
him.
The thing is, some people are too impatient to wait, even if they r
stuck behind u and u show them a signal that u want to return to
the middle lane, they will high beam u, horn u, tailgate u etc.
Worse. U return to the middle lane, they happen to decide to pass u
from the left also. Then they kenna blocked again and they get
upset for nothing, show u middle finger, or maybe even come to
sgforums to kbkp n make mountains out of molehills.
