Have SAF gone with the newer Molle design vest? I was back in Singapore last week and visited Beach road and made a trip up the surplus area above the food center.. seems they have those new molle vest! looks very well made! but the guy did not have the mag pouch ands other add ons!

Any comments on that??

Surf around here, and u will know that the new uniform will be implemented next Jan. Some units had already gotten it.

As for the new 'SBO' (known as Load bearing Vest, LBV), i think u can try the Chervons Emart for the puches and stuff. Its new ditigal version should also be out soon. But I believe that more changes are coming into the LBV

SAF should use AK-74.

Shotgun SG

Ya! And have lightsabres as sidearms.

All recruits must be taught to use the force and fly Gundams.

slim10 SG

Hallo...Gundams only flown by regulars (sh...state secret). New recruits = thigh-fighter.

why AK-74?? the 5.45 AK still have the same deficiencies of all AK series rifle .. usually in the ergonomics and accuracy. Although the AK series sure is tough rifle and can take the abuse over the western made rifle.

Any pictures of these new equipment like the LBVs setup and the digital camo uniform?

the green LBV ( Used ) in Beach road that is molle type did not have any attachment on it ! the guy wanted $80 for it! I think I could bargain it down! but I wasn't in the mood to bargain that day. The LBV looks very well made ! but sure have no idea where to get the accesories and pouch,

Oh! Moonstriker ! flyin thru Houston! .... still 4 hrsdrive from Dallas! :(
