From what i have learnt from another forum, in the Arab world,
the feet are considered dirtiest part of the body. So this is
actually one of the gravest insult he could have used, including
"dog".
For that matter, if the fella did that to Saddam Hussein, he would
either be executed on the spot, or will languish for all eternity
in Saddam's private prisons.
