Even if you can pay off all the expenses I mentioned earlier,
you need to have $$ to service the loan and spare cash for other
things. Is she ready to give up her shopping spree lifestyle (just
assume she is typical girl who like spending on clothes) and also
the carefree lifestyle to go out to dine in expensive restaurants
etc?
Also, what if one of you lose the job due to unforseen
circumstances? Since you said she only just started a new job, what
happens if she doesn't pass her probabtion period and lose her
job?
It is a serious commitment here. Are you planning to get married
soon?
