Can a school cane you for not tucking in your shirt?

If the school does what are the legal actions you can take against the school?

And whats the minimal offence for the school to suspend you?

Simple defiance like not letting teacher cut your hair can suspend you?

Where to find the entire list of MOE rules and regulations?

I tot if parents say "no" school can do nothing?

mhcampboy SG

As long as against school regulations, they can do whatever they want to you....

of cos by tat, MOE's on set of punishment...

Chuichi Koshiramaru SG

No way man!
If they do that, parents must complain to MP.

Chuichi Koshiramaru SG

Yes, but mandatory canning just because of untucked shirts is just wrong. It’s inhumane.

veron soh SG

You got caned for this offence.?

kenn3th SG

depends. surely the person who tucked out has been warned time after time, till there is no more options, except the rod, but i think that Moe has the final say, instead of the parents, if they are not able to persuade their ward/child to not do a certain action.

Ito_^ SG

its not simply "tucking out".

its the act of defiance, and other compounded troubles.

they warn u every day.

u neber listen.

and u scold back some more.

show attitude.

u say shld cane anot?

Chuichi Koshiramaru SG

If like that. Then you deserve to be canned.

Cool-gal SG

if u r a first timer, then its unfair.
if u r a repeat offender, then accept it bcoz they think u need the hard way.

Ito_^ SG
