Last time I send in an application form, need to pull in the
names of my siblings, parents blah blah...
The next day, they sent back ask mi fill in my sister's full
name... 
BUT...
My sister full name in NRIC is just < + , never include chinese
de.
Do u hav a full name? Or like my sister like tat? Is her case rare?
Coz I tink its quite cool.
