kim_hwoarang SG hey pple, mi & 1 of my good fren had talk/discuss about Nite Cycling yesterday lah. he cycled alot during his Sec Sch time. Most part of S'pore gone before liao. Must be beri exprience loh ! wat he suggest is ECP to Changi Village is better loh coz the route there not dangerous + free & easy + 'cooling' ? obvious right nite time wat ! haha. may i ask u'll a favour, do a survey on some of the things 2 consider :- think of any good/nice place 4 resting & a nite-snack possible in S'pore after some distance of cycling so tat i can link up wif my route of advancement. preferred own bike or rented bike ? where 2 rent ? preferable central lah. starts from central of S'pore to east , west or north ? Thank u ! once, i get enough info, i might go 4 a recce & come up wif a detailed list 4 actual starting place - cycling route - resting/refreshment places - end place !
sgboy2004 SG do u provide safety vehicle too? How about drinks and food? Is there an ambulance following in case of mishap? How about TP clearance licence application?
kohanson SG Cycling is not allowed on Expressway.. will get caught. and if want to rent whole day, i think can rent at the bicycle rental shops there ..
kim_hwoarang SG Well, after a couple of brainstorming, i tink tat location starts from ECP better right ? no need 2 cut here cut there if we are 2 start from Harbour Pavilion or Orchard or City or Stadium. bike rental could be easily get from those kiosk ! Meeting Place will starts from ECP Mac there then 2 Changi Village. by next morning should reach back ECP Mac loh. Wat i see tat this event will take place during either Feb or March tat period. coz i dunno Feb i'll be going Thailand 4 my Exercise ! nvm i'll take note of this thread ! keep look out 4 my latest update !
