do u knw i was ignored by a cs pig at a shoppin mall.

i got the letter ready as well, but haben send out.

nw is i no time, bt anytime can send one, she giao tor, cny anot oso nvm.

c me pretty so jealous. i knw one.

i oways polite coz i wud like ppl to be polite to me as well. wat goes ard cms ard, knw anot. dun do unto other wat u dunwan others to do unto u, knw anot.

bt i beri quik tempered. gimme one dumb answer, and i wud flare up fer sure. the one ting i canot std is dumb ppl. i hab beri low tolerance fer dem. i accept dem coz impossible eberione smart like me. juz dun prove their stupidity to me.

tell the customer politely...and bring the customer 1 side to explain to her in a nicer tone...not say no to the customer in front of others and embarrass the customer like some noob...i'm sure if the staff apologized and told the TS in a better tone that the policy has been changed and she does not have the authority to amend it...TS will understand and let it go...as TS said...it's not the $1.20...it's the attitude of the staff at that moment...not about the policy...

thats the flaw in the management policy , why should the cust bear it?
and besides, every new policy needs time to settle in. furthermore,its NOT just a new policy, its a new CHANGED policy. thats the difference..

what she do is right, its customer service, not personal service.
to u its only a small matter, but to her, u might be the 101th person who went up to her asking for the redeem without a coupon, wanna know how she feels?
when theres rules and regulations to be folllow, theres nothin wrong.

so what u mean is every customer has to think of what CSOs feel and not trouble them...it's the person's job and her job is to serve the customer with a smile...so what if she has entertained a hundred customers before TS?she still has to keep the smile on her face and be polite...

1 example...a call centre operator going to end his shift and he has served 30 customers during his shift and 1 more customer called the hotline because the internet is down etc and ask for help...jus because the operator has served 30 customers whose internet went down due to some earthquake or whatsoever,it gives him reason to show the customer attitude?

just follow rules and regulations?ask the govt to do away with GEMS...and feedback forms...and customer care hotlines...just put rules and regulations for customers to follow on their own...

eh, some customers are simply unreasonable too, dun sound it as the CS owes everyone a living-right.
but most importantly, its the attitude.
providing the GEMS is useless when its not being returned.

yep...TS was pissed because of the attitude...if staff were to show such nonchalant attitude...might as well replace them with "press 1 to...press 2 to..." machines...

the reason why i choose to do my shopping at OG is because I am able to redeem parking fee, more worth it.. such simple reason must i redefine?

yes...I support good customer service...so naturally, I will stand on the customers' side...but...that's just me...everyone's entitled to their personal opinion...it's only a discussion here on the issue...not to put down the TS because of some such kind of silly complaint...

it is sad to see some of u guys out there are pple who blindly follow rules.. this is an obvious case of poor customer service. 1st hr parking free means 1st hr parking free. think is a privilege not an entitlement, just because either you think/mis-look/did not follow/missed.... the rules/regulation of the policy, thats why your entitle to the privilege is void.
