idea looks good, but how long can it last to be green? how long
will the maintenance be?
there are earlier efforts to make it green and environmental
friendly, i.e. the rooftop garden concept, i thk abt late last year
there was an article in ST regarding that project, now nobody looks
after the garden and it became bare and unsightly..
