No patent nevermind, anyway too late now already since someone
already copied.
If you sue,
1. Your design must be in tangilbe form (on paper, tape,
etc).
2. u must be able to proof that the day u put this design on the
media earlier then ur competitor.
A simple protection is to do watever design ideas, sign your name,
date, etc, seal , then mail to urself by registered mail. Then dun
open it. When someday u feel that design is a copy of urs, bring
the mail to ur lawyers, open it with witness.
