any of its sections? If yes, you can participate in 19 minutes
interview to give your feedback.
Human Factors International (known as HFI, www.humanfactors.com ) -
an international usability consulting firm with office in
Singapore, is currently conducting an official project to improve
the ease-of-use of the government portal. Your feedback is valuable
and it will help the government to design a new and better
portal.
Feedback Interview details:
Format: One-to-one session (NOT a focus group). Informal and
conversational.
Duration: 19 minutes
When: Between 9th April- 20th April 2007. Time slot can be
scheduled as per your convenience.
Where: HFI's office in Singapore (Just outside Raffles Place
MRT)
An attractive token of appreciation ($50) will be provided.
