Anybody got any experience with maid stealing money?

It's not that I want to suspect my maid, but my sister's $30 and my grandmother's $70/80 went missing. All different timings. Now my $50 is missing too. Got the $50 on sunday night, then when i was preparing to go out today, the $50 was missing from the desk i left it on. i'm very certain it was on my desk on monday night before i slept. and i'm certain it's not my dad/mom/sis/grandmother who took it.

how to confront my maid?

alert quite a few times alr. she keeps saying she nvr take. i'm kinda worried that if we reprimand her too much she get angry and pour detergent in our food and my whole family die from it. maybe it's my imagination lah. Confused

tried it with a $5 already, left it there for 2 months. it never went missing at all. until i took it out ytd and my $50 missing today.

yeah. it's very stressful. it's our 5th maid already. all the previous maids were very good.

i'll try it with a $20 then. maybe leave it in a purse and open the purse wide.

Put $30 somewhere in an evening. Record with a cam. If she gets caught red-handedly, sue her first.

yeah lah. but because of the $50 change maid very ma fan mah. my maid's hired to take care of my grandmother one. so it'll be quite troublesome to teach a new maid about what medicine to take at what time, how to speak to my grandmother etc etc.

thanks to reminding me to record the serial number. i forgot.

Tonight then put 1 piece $100 note on the table. Remember to write donw the serial lumber. Then see if the money is still there.. Laughing
