Do they teach what to do if you actually step on an
anti-personel pressure mine?
What to do if you know that it would explode if you lift up your
foot?
See this PLA spy in S.Korean uniform who stepped on one during
the Korean war:

I had heard that our local guys designed anti-mine boots
many years ago. How come SAF did not buy it to protect our
troops?
You would not know it even if you have step onto a anti-personal
mine, by the time you know it, you would have trigger it and blown
!!! So there is nothing to teach you on what to do if you step on
one !!! As it is too small and too sensitive - there is no way of
disarming it.
Anti mine boots just try to mininise the damages to the foot, it
is good for people to wear when they clearing mines, not for
ordinary troops as it is too heavy.
