in singapore, more people buying cars, our roads so congested
and so many traffic lights, makes no difference driving faster by
10km/h..
if u not comfortable with the speed limit, then the problem lies
with you, not with authorities...
if you want to breach the speed limit, by all means, go ahead, no
one has the right to stop you...the traffic police cannot stop you
from speeding, they can only enforce and penalize, they have no
right to stop you also, u have the right to speed
u can speed by all means, go ahead and don't get caught, but bear
this in mind, u ought to know the consequences for exceeding speed
limit
if u get caught, don't complain and accept your penalty graciously,
don't blame government...
the problem lies with u, not with government
