if like what u said… then the company is also partly in fault
right? you know why test driving a car, the sales person must
company you? it’s to prevent you from doing stupid things to the
car. and im pretty sure the saleswoman does her job diligently,
making sure the driver do not thrash the car. like i said, it could
be a freak accident, something wrong with the car, with the road?
or if like what most ppl believe, the guy was thrashing the car,
then the sales woman did not do a very good job right? im not
saying she deserves anything. but if she did not do her job
properly, she could also have contributed to her death. but if she
did ensure the driver drives within limit, then it could be like i
said… other factors that contributed to the accident. u understand
what I’m saying? Yes maybe the guy driving skills sucks.. but to
get into that kind of situation, it takes more than lousy driving
skills.. he could be speeding in which also because the saleswoman
allowed him to speed.. and thus such an accident happened. if it’s
because of that, then the saleswoman did not ensure he is driving
within the limits. and she unfortunately partly contributed to her
death. in such a situation, yes the driver could be charged for
reckless driving but dont you think the woman partly caused her own
death? if she did do her job properly, there’s no way the car would
be in such a wreckage, unless it’s other factors like the road or
the car itself
