of course, due to my field of study, I have a certain interest on trying to analysis what might have, and possibly happened, and to investigate, from a theoratical point of view supported by pratical experience, if the various proposed theories could be true, and what percentage liklines they would have. And finding out what might have happened and the alternative reasons would all contribute to preventive measures in future.

why are the metal plates to be blamed? ppl shud understand that once they’re driving there.. they shud slow down and be more mindful of their driving. not continue driving normally like on the tarmac.

Besides a lack of intellectual ability might still be relevant to the topic at hand, but sexual ability?! I really fail to make the connection on its relevance to the topc.

I never said they're to be blamed, but don't u think if they were made more abrasive, it would greatly benefit all? Less traffic delays, safer, esp in the wet etc. The abrasive layer could be a bright colour so that people would be more aware they were in a constuction area and drive more carefully. Plus visibility of the plates at night will be increased.

yeah.. they just needed to have a signboard to warn motorists of works ahead. but for CCL construction.. like quite obvious there are works ahead. metal fences on both sides. detours.

If your intentions are to make SpoonX feel guilty. (Again I am Assuming) Let me tell u u have suceeded big time without even the need to tell him.

The accused fren that went down with him was sincerely interested in looking at the RX8 and SpoonX asked them go down to see the car as he felt it was a good car. Eventually The accused was also interested in the MX5 and thus the whole tragedy happened.
Initially he blamed and rebuked the accused but after gathering all reports and surveys from I dun know where he gets them also, he realised that it really isn't the accused fault thou the accused also need to Face substaintial responsibility for such tragedy. Thus he put all the blame to himself.

many of us already told him it is not his fault as he is merely introducing a car and no one expect such things to happen. But he still cannot stop blamming himself as he felt that he not only caused one death But the ruined life of another.

Yet u came in and further inflict his guilt. (Again i'm only assumming. Forgive me if i'm wrong).
I appreciate it if u just be more sensitive in your comments as I personally think that he is not at fault at all yet he is putting all the blame to himself rather then the accused. Of course u can think otherwise.

and before i forget... He never thaught anyone how to drift so hope that answers your first question.

I hope we all just let this matter rest and just wait for the verdict and most impt of all learned from this tragedy to how to prevent such cases from hapening again.

so i take it that u're related to SpoonX?

and to make things clear, there were 2 people who went to view the Mazda showroom so that one of them can see the RX8, then the accused got interested in the MX5 and test drove it, and they're there only because SpoonX was encouraging them to go down to have a look at the RX8?

I really Dun know. From What i know is that did not encourage them but the other to get the RX8 from agent rather than PI cos the rotory Engine will be a bomb if it ever gives way and agent gives a 3 yr warranty. He also did warned them about the dangers or the RX8 if not handled properly that y I think the buddy of the accused heeded the caution and test drove the RX8 with more care.

When the news came to him. His first reaction was " why the hell did they test drive the MX5? tot they went to see the RX8?" then he rushed out. I was with him at that time. I did not follow him to the scene. But only know of the story after he told me later.

so what else u guys need to know? Pls dun jump into assumtions.

It is very very possible SpoonX knew the deceased's boyfriend since he knew the deceased. Quite well, I'll say, should be more than just mere acquaintance, since he was supposed to have a meal with the deceased the very next day.

We should all empathise with him. I think he is the real victim. Like he said, two lives were wasted 'cos of him.

Ok. Thks anyway. He felt bad enough and i cannot imagine how else he will feel if he saw the comments. Maybe it was not meant to be but might be misintepreted and i really dun think he should even take or put the blame on himself. SO pls be sensitive to your comments. In the first place i also dun know y he even came in to clarify and got himself into further hurt. Shocked

That's what i mean't. We cannot actually see how many other victims are there except the ones involved like the SE and her family. But yet we all gun down and start even accussing or suspecting unknowingly hurting other victims as well.
