Honor? If you clowns had any HONOR, then you should have kept your mouth SHUT and wait for the VERDICT in Court before making any baseless assumptions and accusing everyone else of bias opinion.

I'll admit I'm no car expert. Hell, I only drive a Mazda 3 and I go no more than 80km/hr. I drive from point A to point B.

I don't PRETEND i'm some expert at analysing Accidents by claiming that I'm some professional racer or what not bullshit.

Accidents are Accidents. If you stick by that it was an Accident, then be prepared that it could be a result of ANYTHING POSSIBLE - and that includes that the DRIVER MIGHT BE SPEEDING. Don't shoot down any theories that went against the driver. If you had kept an honest and open opinion with an unbias mind, I don't see how anyone would even want to bother with entertaining your bullshit.

How dare you talk to me about verdict. I did not give any verdict at all to begin with. All I did was to propose the points worth considering to the general public. The ones who pass their verdict are those who condemned the driver to death.

I did not shoot down any theories that went against the driver.

The following are worth considering:
1. driver did not speed
2. salesgirl fail to recognize the route
3. salesgirl got lost
4. salesgirl / showroom allowed the underage to test drive a car
5. metal platings as a pivotal factor to accident
6. FR layout that could easily tail-fish
7. weight of car
8. SpoonX's statements

And how am I being bias? Fact is, you fail to prove me wrong after making 5 posts or so. Try harder.

Cool down. Not trying to rekindle fames, but philia was just trying to tie up all the relevant information and come out with a coherent and cogent analysis of what actually happened.

I'm sure he wasn't trying to shove down his hypothesis down anyone throat.

I'm also sure if new piece of information surfaces that contradict what we have now, philia will kindly retract his analysis or come out with an auxiliary hypothesis.

Read the 8 points mentioned and read them over again. See any pattern. Funny how the driver is subtly sparred in each and every point.

You are still unable to proof that I am being bias. First of all, I did not state that the driver is free from any blame.

Upon my proposal of point 1 to point 8, you decide to jump into conclusions that "Not driver's fault". But is that what I am hinting? Heck I was not even trying to hint. Point 1 - 8 are merely points to ponder.

Anyway, almost all foumnites have voiced their fair share of verbal assault at the driver. The discussion has been rather one-sided as you can see, I am only here to shed some weights to balance the discussion.

Philia is not saying it is the girl's fault per se .. but those points are factors that contribute to the freak accident.

To many of you, all that you can see is one thing:

1. Driver is most likely speeding

Philia is just pointing out other factors.

Do you have an argument? If you feel strongly about something, then you must have a [logical] argument to back it up.

If not, either you accept philia's argument ('cos you find it logical at this point) or you just say "I dunno".

If your argument is "It is the driver's fault" .. then please show us the argument that leads to that conclusion.

A valid conclusion might not be the truth, but is something any rational person should accept based on the premises. If you find the premises somewhat fishy .. then just say "I dunno". Why do you keep shooting Philia down?

I never say that he is speeding... I know is "To many".
What Spoonx was typing are just siding one side of story. which is after accident.
But before?
If your know the starting story, will your still have the same thinking as now?

InLine4 say SpoonX friend that is the want who is looking for MX8 not the driver but why the driver want to test a MX5? Do he really interested in buying the car? or because he heard it can fly, that makes him want to test the car? He has a new car, and this new car in the first place has given him a problem of loading money. For what he test the car and can't affort to buy?
If ur know what kind of person the driver is will your still think it is so?
The Question i ask was to find out why.

The most vital piece of information is the complete details of the accident. The driver's decision to test drive the car is really irrelevant because at that point of time, he did not foresee the accident. I think I have said this to you before that an accident is an unforeseen event thereby there is no whatsoever motive.

If you begin to question his decision to buy the car and if you think that has an effect to the accident then you should also question his parents. Why would they give birth to someone who would end up in a fatal accident?

And also consider the following questions:

Why did the salesgirl insist on going with the driver evn though it was not her job?

Why didn't the girl know the route well and ended up getting lost, hence leading the driver to travel on the fatal route?

Nonetheless, those questions are irrelevant. Please understand.

Why does he keep shooting down? coz they "screwed" him at the start and he could not take it i guess, so he targeted philia since then.

Actually sometimes these get abit tiring... when finally the thread got some sense and some new stuff for us to learn and digest, it will turns into arguements again. haiz. Just bcoz some people doesnt read the front or just wants some "face". i dunno.

So do we come here to learn something or to fight?

You're asking quite personal question here, like what kind of person is the driver. Not sure if SpoonX is willing to reveal that in a public forum, yah so pls be "realistic".

You asked why points 2 to 4 are like blaming the girl? Instead of seeing it as a blame, why not hope that Mazda learns its lesson and be more stringent with their test drive policy in future?
