But the way he drives .. he is a disgrace to all drivers. I think the TP should have revoked his license long ago.

I have not read any first hand accounts in the papers that indicated he wasn't speeding.

If anything a friend whose shop is on the same road as the accident revealed that moments earlier, the driver had wheelspun the car coming out of a traffic light. Guess it should be an indication of his driving pattern.

And if anything, the interview from another salesperson about his reckless driving in another test drive is just another nail to close shut this case.

u know, I probably would agree that he's an agressive driver. As such, it's EVEN more likely that he would have lost control even without speeding. Sudden steering inputs, unstuiable application of the throttle, eg when the weight transfers to the front after heavy breaking etc. Actually now that we know his driving style is aggressive, Im not surprised that this happened. But Don't u agree an aggressive driver is more likely to have an accident even at low speeds?

Not saying he is not speeding tho.

Someone's gonna pay for the innnocent girl's death anyway, and we should all clearly know who....

now it's some innocent SE who died, and everyone's feeling so unjust and sad for her, it's just not the right time to come here and tell the whole world that that the driver's not speeding, blame it on the metal plates on the road, blame the SE for not telling the driver to take the normal testdrive route etc etc...

I don't know who that person(s) is/are, and whether OR NOT / why he has the intention to cover up for the driver, but he should clearly know that such posts can never change the minds of people (esp without solid proof, but only quotes from SpoonX), but will just lead to more flaming....

After 20 over pages and loads of flaming, everyone still stuck to their own point of views.... seriously i still believe that the driver sped (my beliefs were infact reinforced by the BMW SE's account on her testdriving experience with him -p.s that's only my point of view, which may/may not be true, but i don't really give a damn ). The girl's gone... and it's the cops job to investigate this... one more page of arguement wouldn't make any difference...
