ask the Malaysian High Commission if they allow entry without
passport for citizens, if she is Malaysian...
but coming back to Singapore, we will not allow entry even to PRs
without their passport... at all... even with the blue IC entry is
not allowed under law... and also the passport must be endorsed
with a Re-Entry Permit
Certificate of Identities for PRs are only issued to Stateless
people.. so cannot...
make the decision.. go back to Malaysia, wait until the passport is
found or a new passport is made, then come back..
or stay here, look for the passport or make a new one from the
Malaysian High Commission...
