Can we choose not to have our mandatory contribution to CDAC?

Is CDAC audited? I rather not give govt related bodies any cent. I think only 1c of my 1 dollar contribution goes to the true needy.

I think there are alot of paperwork to do to stop donating to them which is rather troublesome just to take off the 50 cents donation.

yea, u can

u have to go down to cdac office to get a form(not sure if u can get it d/l online n print)
complete the form, then give to ur clerk(the one that handle ur pay)
she will chop with coy stamp, get ur boss signature and mail to cdac for u

then from the next payday onwards, ur payslip wont have the contribution to cdac(50 cent for gross pay2k)

but its only 1 dollar a month, just give it, chinese should help chinese
but i agree with u, maybe only 10 cent goes to the needy haha

found out towards my ord that its not free, 60 cents is deducted from ur monthly nsf pay. i would not have known if i didnt ask for a payslip.
