I think its function would be more 'tank-destroyer' than tank,
since the armour will be virtually non-existent. Given the
mechanical complexity and russian engineering, maintainence would
likely be hell as well. The video is also something like 'Future
Weapons'-type propaganda. Still, it would probably be effective in
an ambush situation, where it can shoot and scoot.
