this will only apply if you are speeding on the road where u
have no time to try and take some action. of course, we have to
depend on the road condition too, but if your speed is within your
control, you should be able to take some action than to run over
it. Those who drive will know that if you are driving, and if u
"can see" something lying on the road in your lane, mean that u are
still a distance from it. In that scenerio, you should slow down..
those car behind you will see your signal and slow down too.
if a cat suddenly run across the road, that is another matter...
where e-brake may cause deadly accident, but still drive with a
speed within your control is very important.. life may/can be
save.. no matter is a cat, or a human.
