[email protected] SG just becos a sg registered car has chrome wheels dun mean its legal. I have pics of sg registered cars with neon n all sorts of rubbish on them. They're still illegal. in this case tho i don't see any reason why chrome wheels should be illegal. but u can't use the fact that there are cars with chrome wheels on the road to say it is legal.
