hmm lemme ask u all a question....
let's say you've just started work at a company.
after a few assignments, you suddenly find yourself going to work,
spending days doing absolutely nothing, because you've not been
given work.
so you go and ask ur boss why this is happening.
would it hurt more if your boss tells you he doesn't trust you with
the assignments at all, or would it hurt more to hear that he
doesn't care if you've got nothing to do?
