Hi,
I think a better way is to find out what's causing the sound and to
try and rectify it - more importantly, its to find out if some
parts are damaged or need replacement (tyres, suspension systems,
mountings, loose parts, etc). If you sound proof your car, you're
just covering up the noise.
ie. Rectification (if possible) instead of cover-up.
You're right - lets give our business to those who deserve it,
instead of some rude idiot who expect potential customers to beg
them for their services. Tan Chong or any good workshop should be
able to test drive your car and provide further advise....
