I don’t it’s you that should be getting the ring. Instead maybe you can tell your boss about the location where it’s possible for him to get the replacement. Then he do it himself.

When his wife see the ring come back hor, she sure happy(provided she know that lost liao and ur boss made the effort to go find everywhere in sg to find that design)

Must remember to say find very very very hard to find same design arbo she will buey song.

Alternative, go buy those dua dua liap diamond 1, she sure happy ah.

I think if the wife (until today) is still angry with her husband for losing the ring, something is seriously wrong with the marriage.

The ring, afterall, is only just a symbol of your love for each other and it means nothing if there's no demonstration of love (one of them is forgiveness) in the marriage. It only becomes a false security. Neutral

It's rather easy for the ring to slip out of your finger especially when you have lost weight (in the case of Honeybunz's boss) and when your hand is cold. My father-in-law has lost and replaced his ring several times now during his 30 years of marriage with my mother-in-law. Wink

I think your boss is the type who kinda takes his marriage for granted. It's very odd or foolish of him not to tell the wife immediately upon losing the ring, instead leaving it for her to find out. Upon loss of ring, instead of immediately searching for it, he only did so after some time had passed. Also, a few months after losing it and still no action on getting a replacement ring?

There could be plenty of explanations for the above behavior, but all I can say is damn shoddy work on his part. Wives are supposed to be understanding but he has to make an effort. If he doesn't change his attitude towards his marriage, there will be more problems to come.
