aj lor, alot of my friends from other jcs did quite well too. considering a host of other options now lor, from retaking to going poly after ns, or maybe take a part time advanced diploma..

in the meantime try applying to the local unis but not the hot and in demand courses lor..

Computer Science is more into the programming aspect of software. Information Systems Management is more about handling the different softwares available such that they serve your business purpose. Maybe a general way of saying is CS is about programming the software, ISM is about using the software.

RJC has the best results. Basically 9 out of 10 students u find has 3 As and above.

This year is the dragon babies vying for the local universities..an additional 4k + students. Be forwarned that competition this year is extremely high.

wqtrigger what i can say to u is APPEAL AND APPEAL AND APPEAL. Thats ur only glimp of hope, if not enrol into poly to do other courses just like what my friends who buanged A level results. Seriously no point retaking A levels unless u are prepared to mug like mad.

AABB this year i dont think can get into chemical engineering, previous years are possible. This year very tough,unless u got S papers to back u up. Stats have shown that more and more A level students are getting 3As and above, so good luck to those who wanna apply for elite courses.

Top 5 JCs still doing relatively well. Just that some got pwned by GP. National average for GP down by quite a significant number this year.

appeal as in? after applying still go down to the uni and appeal ah? i don't mind mugging because i know i can do it if i put my heart in it. the reason i didnt do well is because i didn't put in effort.. i know talk is easy but hey after all this you'd think i'm stupid if i still didn't wake up..
